Angela Folino’s primary focus is civil and commercial litigation. She has represented a variety of clients, ranging from large national corporations to small, privately-held corporations and individuals. Angela works closely with her clients to resolve their disputes in a timely, efficient, and practical manner.

Angela’s experience includes contract disputes and negligence claims in the areas of corporate and shareholder disputes, construction and builders’ liens, commercial leasing, wills and estates, employment, real property, and pharmacy and PharmaCare, among others. Angela has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. 

Prior to joining KZEL, Angela was a partner at a downtown Vancouver law firm and articled and practiced at the Vancouver office of a national firm. Prior to attending law school, Angela worked for the Ministry of Attorney General, Court Services Branch.
