The majority of Song's practice consists of civil litigation, primarily corporate and commercial litigation files. Other areas of Song's litigation practice include personal injury and motor vehicle (ICBC) claims, medical malpractice, general torts, family law litigation and proceedings before administrative tribunals, including immigration appeals.

Song also provides some solicitor's services such as reviewing or drafting commercial contracts including commercial leases, purchase and sale of business and real property, refinancing, wills and estates.
