Angeline brings a wide array of legal experience to KZEL. After graduating law school from the University of Victoria, Angeline clerked at the BC Supreme Court for 6 justices. She then articled and stayed on as an associate at a national law firm, before joining a boutique tax and estates firm downtown Vancouver where she practiced primarily in the areas of estate litigation and estate and tax planning. In 2018, Angeline moved back home to Prince Rupert where she took the role of in-house counsel at the Prince Rupert Port Authority. Through this role, Angeline specialized in real property matters, including negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements for large development projects.
Angeline’s primary focus is estate and tax planning, corporate structure and reorganizations, and general business matters. She is grateful to be able to bring her home community of Prince Rupert additional access to legal services.
Angeline’s pride and joy is her son who keeps her on her toes and constantly busy. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness and watching the Food Network.
