After completing his law degree at the University of Alberta, Marvin was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1983 and has been practicing in Richmond ever since. From large corporations to private individuals, Marvin advises and assists a diverse range of clients in civil and corporate litigation and dispute resolution matters. He has extensive experience in helping clients to resolve employment, construction, contract, business, condominium and strata law disputes. A significant part of Marvin’s practice includes estate disputes and elder law issues. Marvin relies on almost 40 years of experience to provide his clients with the best practical, cost-effective and results-oriented advice. Wherever possible, he attempts to resolve disputes without the need to go to court through negotiation and alternate dispute resolution, but Marvin also has extensive court experience at all levels of court in British Columbia.
